By purchasing an SOE All Access game pass, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. SOE All Access is an all-in-one recurring game pass (subscription) that grants you game time for the below SOE games for one recurring fee. This game pass enables one Station Account for the following games, for the game pass period that you elect. If a trial version or free version of a particular game is not available, or if you would like to access the full benefits of a game that may not be offered through a trial version, you must purchase the game software that you wish to play. SOE reserves the right, at any time in its sole discretion, to add or delete any games or features from the SOE All Access game pass.

   Recurring Fees*:
   • 1 month recurring game pass: $19.99 billed every month
   • 3 month recurring game pass: $53.97 billed every 3 months
   • 6 month recurring game pass: $101.94 billed every 6 months
   • 12 month recurring game pass: $179.88 billed every 12 months
2. In the US, you can initially pay for an SOE All Access game pass with a valid credit card only. In certain other territories and countries, you can pay with a valid credit card, bank transfer, or direct debit. You must set up a recurring payment method in order to initially purchase an SOE All Access game pass. Once you have purchased an SOE All Access game pass, you can purchase an SOE game card, redeem its code to your Station Account, and choose to apply the funds to game time and, if applied to an SOE All Access account, the game time will be prorated accordingly. With certain SOE game cards, you will have the option of using the funds for Station Cash. SOE reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to change the price of any SOE All Access game pass and/or add new pricing options.
3. The SOE All Access game pass fee is a recurring charge; that means that you will automatically be charged the fee for the number of months purchased until you cancel. You can cancel by logging into your SOE account and selecting "Game Pass Info" then "Cancel;" if you do that, your game pass will be cancelled at the end of the period in which you cancel, but nothing will be refunded to you.
4. Your game play and use of the software for each game remain strictly subject to the User Agreement and Software License (and Rules of Conduct) for each game, as each may be amended or modified by SOE at any time in its sole discretion.
5. An SOE All Access account may not be used to simultaneously play two or more games that are part of an SOE All Access game pass.
6. When you convert from a monthly single game subscription to an SOE All Access game pass, if you are in a subscription period, whether you have paid for your subscription or if you are within any 30 day period included with a software purchase, no prepaid and unused game time will be refunded to you, and will instead be immediately converted to the appropriate number of days at the SOE All Access rate and your first billed SOE All Access game period will be extended by the applicable number of days. If you are in a trial period, activating an SOE All Access game pass will end the trial period, and you will lose the balance of any unused trial period game time. If any future SOE games are added to SOE All Access, any 30 day period included with a software purchase will be converted to the appropriate number of days at the SOE All Access rate and your then-current SOE All Access game period will be extended by the applicable number of days.
