How do I buy a Game Pass?
To purchase an SOE Game Pass, you will first need to set up a Station Account. If you are purchasing a single game pass, you will also be prompted to download the game software (and purchase if required). You will then set up a recurring playment for the game pass plan of your choice and start playing!
If you are purchasing SOE All Access, which grants you access to all premium SOE games, you will be prompted to download your preferred software selections after you complete the setup of your recurring payment.
Do I need anything else to start playing?
Yes, you will need to download the game software that you wish to play. For information on what software is available for free download and to purchase, visit www.soe.com/getthegame
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel any SOE game pass at any time, no questions asked. Its important to us that you are very happy with your SOE experience and we hope you will come back, but should you need to cancel your game pass, you can always go to www.soe.com and login to your Account, select 'Game Pass Info' and click 'Cancel'. If you do that, your Game Pass will be cancelled at the end of the period in which you cancel your account, but nothing will be refunded to you.
